Our Successful Stories - Digitalization
OneSG was appointed Managing Agent for Parc Rosewood (689 units), Casa Al Mare (49 Units) and Urban Residences (47 units). These 3 estates were largely using the traditional mode of paper-and-pen for its operations then, with little to no digital tools used. Within a span of 2 years, OneSG successfully implemented the followings:

Automated Finance Process – Digital Payments for AR and AP. By encouraging residents to use the Smart APP for estate matters, more transactions were conducted the digital manner, thus reducing the need for residents to physically visit the management office for service requests.

Automated Operation Process - OneSG has successfully transformed the security access of the estate through integration where the gates in the estate were replaced with smart access points. A visitor after registration could use his mobile device to open any of these gates to enter the estate. The MCST enjoyed cost saving of about $60,000 per year.
